About the menu
Our evolving menu will play host to rotating “classics” being used loosely to modern interpretations of rustic Gujarati dishes like Dhal Dhokli. A, pasta dish from his ancestral state in India, to his love of global techniques that seamlessly work. Our flavors will be recognizably Indian at heart with flavors that will transport our guests that are unfamiliar to familiar in an exploration of Indian regions, cultural adaptations, and personal experiences.
Each evening our menu will take diners through a series of artfully crafted small and large plates that are meant to be shared amongst your group. The diners will find items from chaats(snacks), sigdi(grill), curries, sides, along with classic cocktails and selection of wines to pair your dining experience. The Ghar (home) tasting can be crafted for any size group, dietary restrictions, and allergies.
